cool pic, but that water is Disney blue. The wakes look unimpressive. I hate that as a society, we see a neat pic and start to examine why it's more perfect that perfect. Turn down the Photoshop, will you please?

Back in grad school I worked for Kinko's. One night, a couple of firefighters came into the store to do some work. They had parked the truck out front, and I said, "I guess that's your truck outside." One of the firefighters replied, "Actually, it's yours ." He wouldn't let me take it for a spin, though.

I don't know where they're at in this pic, but I've been places where it was pretty clear. If it is a 'chop, at least they put they put in the part of the ship that's underwater (because if it is that blue, it's very clear water).

My brother and I are both amateur photographers, and we have been having a discussion about just how much photoshopping and filtering and HDR that is going on these days. At what point does a photograph stop being a photograph?

i joke that someday we won't watch Formula One. We will watch a computer rendered story of what a race would be. New racing games are close these days. Soon the gap between real TV and rendered TV will be irrelevant.
